FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING

2DDR Healthcare, LLC offers free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. No minimum purchase is required. We are proud to make access to our Advanced and Basic Hair Formula serums as easy as possible for our US customers.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase (excluding weekends and federal holidays). Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Please note: ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER 24 HOURS OF PURCHASE. If you need to make any adjustments to your order, you must contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, your order will be processed and shipped as placed.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your confirmation email is sent.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)

Standard shipping within the contiguous United States is free and typically arrives within 5–7 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.

We ship via major carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is at our discretion and is based on your delivery address and order details.

We currently do not offer guaranteed expedited or overnight shipping. If you have urgent shipping needs, please contact us at [email protected] before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do ship internationally. International customers are responsible for all shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, and VAT (Value Added Tax) applicable in their destination country. These charges are not included in our product pricing and are collected separately by your local customs authority or carrier upon delivery.

2DDR Healthcare, LLC is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing, local postal services, or import regulations. International transit times vary by destination but generally range from 10–21 business days from the date of shipment. Some destinations may experience longer delivery windows.

By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any and all fees, taxes, and duties imposed by your country's customs authorities. If an international package is refused, returned, or abandoned due to unpaid duties or taxes, we are unable to issue a refund for the order.

We stand behind the quality of every product we ship. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unopened, unused product within 90 days of delivery for a refund of the product purchase price, subject to the conditions outlined below.

To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must all be met:

• The product must be unopened and unused, in its original, factory-sealed packaging
• The return request must be submitted within 90 days of the delivery date
• You must have proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
• The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, with all original packaging intact

We do not accept returns on opened or used products under any circumstances. Due to the nature of topical health and hair care products, all sales of opened items are final. No exceptions will be made.

I’ve been gradually losing my hair for 20 years, and throughout that time I’ve tried a wide range of topical products, supplements, and devices. I was still searching for an approach I felt confident using, so I decided to build one myself around 2-deoxy-D-ribose (2dDR).

To develop 2dDrHair, we brought together five experienced cosmetic chemists and formulators and asked each to create a 2dDR topical formula. From that work, we developed our Advanced formula with additional researched active and co-active ingredients. I created these serums with one goal in mind: to give people dealing with hair loss another option and, hopefully, help restore some of the confidence that hair loss can take away.
