Bubbasafe products are covered by the Australian Consumer Law, and customers with approved warranty claims for faulty or defective products may be eligible for a repair, replacement, or refund. Refunds apply to the product cost only, as original shipping charges are non-refundable, and any non-refundable third-party payment processing fees may be deducted where applicable. Australian customers receive prepaid return shipping for approved warranty claims when applicable, while international customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All claims must be assessed before approval and may require photos, videos, or troubleshooting. Returns are not accepted for issues resulting from misuse, improper installation, compatibility limitations, third-party modifications, normal wear and tear, missing accessories, damaged return packaging, or other situations not covered under the limited warranty. Baby View works with vehicles that originally support wired Apple CarPlay or wired Android Auto. If your car supports factory wired CarPlay and/or factory wired Android Auto, the product will work. Does my car need wired Apple CarPlay or Android Auto?

Yes. Baby View requires factory installed wired CarPlay or wired Android Auto. Vehicles that only support wireless CarPlay without a wired option are not compatible.

How can I check if my car has wired CarPlay or wired Android Auto?

Simply connect your phone to your car using a USB cable. If CarPlay or Android Auto launches on your screen, your vehicle is compatible.

Does the product work with both iPhone and Android?

Yes. Baby View works with both iPhone and Android smartphones when connected to a vehicle that supports wired Apple CarPlay or wired Android Auto. For Apple CarPlay users, the camera can be viewed alongside other CarPlay features such as navigation, calls and music on compatible vehicles that support split-screen or picture-in-picture viewing. (iPhone users running iOS 10 or later can use the product) For Android Auto users, the Baby View camera feed will display in full-screen only. Navigation, calls, music and other Android Auto features cannot be used at the same time as the camera display. Apple CarPlay features are not available on Android devices.

Does Baby View work with wireless CarPlay or wireless Android Auto cars?

Baby View requires wired CarPlay or wired Android Auto support to function. Wireless only systems are not supported. Some cars with wireless CarPlay/Android Auto can also still support wired CarPlay/Android Auto — check your vehicle to confirm if it uses both wireless and wired systems together. Some vehicles that have both wireless and wired systems, the infotainment may limit accessory connections due to the way the infotainment system manages Bluetooth and WiFi sessions. In these cases, using wired CarPlay provides the most stable experience. In certain vehicles, the system may default to a wireless connection first. If this occurs, we recommend restarting your infotainment system and ensuring your phone is connected via a wired connection first. If you experience difficulty switching to a wired connection, you may need to contact your vehicle manufacturer or dealership for assistance with enabling wired connectivity. Bubbasafe can assist with general troubleshooting however, we are not responsible for limitations or configurations specific to your vehicle's infotainment system.

Which USB port should I use to connect Baby View?

This product is a wired-to-wireless adapter and must be plugged into a USB DATA port (not a charge-only port). This data port is located usually in the following areas: Centre console (inside the armrest or just in front of it) Dashboard/Infotainment area (near the screen, climate controls or gear shifter) Some cars like Audi, Mercedes, VW have the main data usb in the glove box.
