1. Order Processing & Fulfilment: Once payment is completed and verified, your order will be processed by our DeliOne warehouse system awaiting product fulfillment. Order usually dispatched in 2-3 working days.

2. Order Packing: Once all the order items are ready in our warehouse, the DeliOne team will start the packing process to get your order dispatched from our warehouse as soon as possible.

3. Order Shipped: Upon dispatch of your order from our warehouse and handover to the courier, you will receive an email containing tracking numbers. Shipping times may vary based on the destination, with deliveries typically occurring within 10-14 working days. For some orders, it may take around a month.

*Please note that we are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and on Hong Kong Public Holidays. Shipping may also take longer during sale periods, holidays, and extreme weather.

-For orders under US$30, there is a flat-rate standard shipping fee of US$10.

-Orders between US$30.01 and US$99.99 will be charged a flat-rate standard shipping fee of US$20.

-For orders over US$100, there is a flat-rate standard shipping fee of US$30.

-For orders under US$30, there is a flat-rate standard shipping fee of US$5.

Free shipping will be applied for all orders in Hong Kong.

DeliOne is dedicated to making the return process beautifully simple for you. If you're not completely satisfied with a product for any reason, we gladly accept authorized returns within 14 days of receipt for most items in new condition (as per our terms and conditions below).

You have 14 days from the receipt date to request a return of your ordered item. Returns must be packed and shipped within 7 days of return authorization date. Please note that our policy only applies to unused and unworn items with all new and original packaging, as well as having original tags attached. We do not accept returns or refund on used, worn or no-tag items. Please also note that the original shipping fee you paid for on your order is non-refundable.

What can I store in the bags?

They are suitable for ingredients, leftovers, snacks, prepared meals, and other hot or cold foods.

Are they BPA-free?

Yes. They are made from food-grade, BPA-free silicone.

Can I use them for hot and cold food?

Yes. The bags are temperature resistant and made for both hot and cold use.

Are they safe for the refrigerator?

Yes. They are designed for refrigerator storage and organization.

Are they easy to clean?

Yes. The top opens fully to the ends, while the rounded bottom avoids tight corners that can trap food.

What makes the design different?

The bags combine a reinforced sealing bar, removable open-ended slider, large viewing window, and rounded bottom for easier storage and cleaning.
