Where are the blades?
In the lid, not the bottom. That's the big redesign -- twist off the blending top and the vessel becomes a clean, leak-free insulated water bottle with no exposed blades.
How do I use it?
Twist off the blending top, load ingredients up to the max fill line with some liquid, screw the top back on, press the power button, then flip it over to blend for about 20 seconds.
Can it really make hot drinks?
Yes. The insulated 21oz stainless steel vessel holds hot drinks and soups up to 4 hours and cold drinks up to 20 hours -- the same bottle you blend in.

BLENDi started in my college dorm room, where I was frustrated with clumpy protein shakes and the hassle of using traditional blenders. I wanted blending to be easier and more portable, so I designed a compact, cordless blender that could fit more naturally into everyday life.
