Simple Alchemy Co. handcrafts and packs every order with care, so processing takes 5–7 business days before shipping, with weekend and holiday orders processed the next business day. Most shipments go out via USPS or UPS and arrive within 3–7 business days in the continental U.S., with optional expedited services and international delivery available to select countries, often through Global Post Plus. In line with their sustainability mission, all orders are packed using compostable, recycled, and curbside-recyclable materials, with carbon offsets applied to every shipment. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and location, and orders over $65 USD qualify for free shipping.

We want you to love your Simple Alchemy Co. products. If for any reason you’re not completely with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange for a refund, or exchange for a different item. 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund. If you change your mind, you may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original compostable packaging. Because our products are handmade, vegan, and cruelty-free, and made with natural ingredients, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
