- The return must be complete within 30 days of receipt
- Items must be in its original condition, original storing bag and include all labels/tags
- If you no longer have the original shipping box, you can return your order in any other packaging boxes, as long as it is completely sealed to prevent the items from getting lost or damaged (if item is not fully sealed and gets damaged during the shipping process, we have the right to refuse the return)
Upon receiving your return, we will promptly process your refund to the original payment method, excluding delivery charges.
Please note that all items returned to us are not protected by us; therefore we recommend you choose a registered or tracked postal service, for secure delivery. We are not liable for any items that you return to us and cannot issue a refund until the goods are received in the original condition..

International customers are allotted 28 days for returns and are advised to mark parcels as ‘British Return Goods’ with a domestic sale value of £0.00 to avoid customs delays.
