Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard U.S. shipping usually takes 2–7 business days after shipment. Tracking will be provided once the order ships. Delivery times may vary during holidays, promotions, or carrier delays.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging. Adhesive products must be unused with backing intact. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging

What surfaces does it work best on?

It works best on clean, dry, smooth, non-porous surfaces such as mirrors, glass, sealed cabinet fronts, smooth doors, switch plates, hard phone cases, laptops, vanity areas, and sealed chair backs. Avoid textured, dusty, fabric, leather, unfinished wood, or freshly painted surfaces.

Is this a wall hook?

No. This is a decorative natural stone charm with an adhesive heart hook. It is designed to add a small accent to smooth surfaces, not to hold heavy items, coats, bags, towels, or everyday hanging storage. Tiny charm, not home renovation. Civilization survives another day.

How do I apply it?

Choose a clean, smooth, non-porous surface. Wipe away dust or oil and let the area dry fully. Peel off the adhesive backing, press the charm firmly in place, and avoid pulling on it right away. For best hold, apply it to a flat area rather than a curved, textured, or flexible surface.

Can it be removed?

It can usually be removed by slowly peeling it from the edge, but adhesive may leave residue or affect delicate finishes. We do not recommend using it on fragile paint, wallpaper, unfinished wood, leather, fabric, or surfaces where damage would be a concern.

Is every stone exactly the same?

No. Each charm is made with real natural stone, so color, veining, translucency, and texture will vary slightly from piece to piece. That natural variation is part of the design and makes each charm feel more personal.

Is it a good gift?

Yes. It is small, personal, and easy to place without needing a size, scent preference, or home layout guess. It works well as a thoughtful add-on gift, stocking stuffer, desk detail, vanity accent, housewarming gift, or small “thinking of you” piece.

Is it safe for children or pets?

This is not a toy. Because it contains small parts and natural stone, keep it away from children and pets. Do not place it where it may be pulled, chewed, swallowed, or used as a play object.
