FAQs
I am between sizes, sometime a 7.5 sometimes an 8. What size should I get?
We generally recommend choosing the smaller size. However, each foot is different and the way the Soul Insole feels is different depending on the shoe. A shoe with a narrower midfoot section, some existing support and a more rigid medial wall will cause the Soul Insole to feel much higher in the arch region than a flat, wide shoe with a soft medial wall. For your first pair, get the small. If you feel like you need even more support, let us know and we will be happy to help with an exchange.

We offer USPS First Class International Post – an affordable, yet slower pace option that can take 1-5 weeks. How To Care For Soul Insoles So They Last As Long As Possible?
Remember that if the insoles get dirty, they can be washed with warm water (don't use hand soap), scrubbed clean and set out to dry. They last longest if kept in the same shoe mostly, stored in a cool, dry place, kept out of sunlight. The insoles will not compress over time. So, even an older pair that has lost some of its stickiness can be used underneath the liner in a shoe or you can continue to get many years of life out of the insoles by using double sided tape to secure them in place.
How Long Do They Last?
Our insoles can last anywhere from 6 months to 10 years depending on how they are cared for and used.
Are the insoles washable?
Yes! To wash these insoles, simply rinse them under water, scrub off any dirt and set them out to air dry. The adhesive will regenerate! If any dirt or grime is particularly stuck, you can use a degreaser dish soap when washing.

The feet support the entire body. We help to provide the most innovative, effective solutions to support the feet. Soul Insole is a women owned small business that cares about giving back to a variety of charitable organizations. We are a fair trade, vegan, cruelty free, conscious company. We make our packaging out of recycled material and reduce waste. Inventor and biomechanist Laina Gossman has worked in orthotic design for 20 years. Wanting to help more people than she could by individually hand-carving supports, she patented her micro-size orthotic design and created her footcare brand, Soul Insole.
