We offer free standard U.S. shipping on orders over $19.99 USD (before taxes, after discounts), with rates calculated at checkout for orders at or below that amount; estimated U.S. delivery is 3–7 business days after processing. Shipping to Canada is calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight, with estimated delivery of 5–10 business days after processing. We ship worldwide, with international shipping rates calculated at checkout and estimated delivery of 7–25 business days, depending on destination, customs clearance, and local postal services. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Customers outside the United States are responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or related fees, which are not included in product or shipping prices. The Urban Geek is not responsible for customs delays, and refusal to pay duties or taxes may result in return of the shipment, with original shipping costs non-refundable and return shipping fees deducted from any eligible refund.

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing customers to request a return within 30 days of delivery; requests submitted after this period will not be accepted. To qualify, items must be returned in their original condition—unworn or unused, with tags, in the original packaging—and accompanied by proof of purchase. All returns require prior authorization and a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA); items sent without an approved RMA will not be accepted. How much weight can it hold?

It supports monitors or laptops up to 44 lbs, or about 20 kg.

Can it connect to a 4K monitor?

Can it connect to a 4K monitor? Yes. The HDMI output supports 4K at 60Hz from a compatible USB-C host.

What does 4K@60Hz require?

Your laptop or host device needs to support DisplayPort Alt Mode over USB-C.

What ports are built in?

It includes 4K@60Hz HDMI, a USB-C data port, two USB 3.0 ports, 100W USB-C Power Delivery, and a 15W wireless charging pad.

Is it compatible with Windows laptops?

Yes. It works with compatible USB-C Windows laptops, including Dell, HP, ASUS, Lenovo, Surface, and more.

Is it compatible with MacBooks?

Yes. It is compatible with USB-C MacBook Pro and MacBook Air models, including M1, M2, and M3.
