Our Story
The Seventh Pair Changed Everything
I had broken more sunglasses than I could count, but it was my seventh pair that finally made me rethink the problem. While standing in an airport and noticing other travelers balancing their glasses on pockets and heads, I had a simple thought: if we can clip a pen to a shirt collar, why can’t we do the same with our glasses?
I shared the idea with my husband, Jason, and together we created Altaché. We wanted a more natural, convenient way to keep glasses secure without relying on bulky cases or traditional chains. That idea became our patent-pending clip, designed to make it easier to move through everyday life without worrying about where to put your eyewear.
